Fat PS2 back replacment with larger fan

Here's my attempt at creating a replacement back panel for the original model Playstation 2. Measurements were taken from my North American SCPH-50001 model Playstation 2, however I have tested this design against both SCPH-50001 and SCPH-35001 model units with success. Model can be split into 4 parts for printing, and then can be assembled with super glue afterwards. Please be aware that the stock fan connector on both my PS2's provided somewhere between 4-6v to the fan. While this is enough for the stock fan (which is rated at 7v), this is not enough for a 12v replacement fan. I found that using the stock fan connector running into a 12v Noctua fan lead to a 10°C rise in idle temperatures (Stock 41°C - Noctua 51°C). I recommend soldering an additional connector to the PS2 that will provide 12v to the replacement fan - see the photos for a solder point for 12v.
