Initially designed in high school and printed using the teacher's 3D printer, this model was created during an introductory engineering class that focused on CAD technology. The design is perfect for fitting into a 2-inch PVC SCH40 barrel for your potato cannon. To enhance its functionality, I took the initiative to hollow out the center and added a filler hole at the top for adding payloads or fillers to adjust weight as needed. Enjoy using it! Upon printing, you will notice that it fits tightly on the barrel, so some sanding might be required depending on your preference. In an updated version, I ensured that the top is now the same size as the fins for a more consistent fit throughout the barrel. Additionally, I included a centering pin in the split version to help maintain its straight alignment while in use.
