Majin Buu was originally Little Buu, controlled by Bibidi. During the destruction Little Buu caused to the planets, The Supreme Kaiō-shin intervened, during those battles, Buu killed the Northern Kaiō Shin and the Western Kaiō Shin. During his fight against the Southern Kaiō-shin, he absorbs him and becomes Ultra Buu; when Ultra Buu is about to Kill the Eastern Kaiō Shin, Dai Kaiō Shin intervenes and is absorbed by Buu, definitely transforming into Majin Buu, who was mocking and carefree as he had absorbed the kindness of the Great Kaio-shin but was controlled by Bibidi as he rewarded him with sweets in exchange for his obedience. In Dragon Ball Z when Majin Buu gets tired of Babidi's (Bibidi's son) orders, he kills him by punching him through the head. While waiting two days to fight a very strong opponent (a promise made to him by Goku), Buu arrives at a village and cleans it to build his house. Mr. Satan appears before Majin Buu to defeat him but ends up being his servant. He then finds a dog that heals, names him Bee and becomes his pet, the dog and Mr.Satan are injured by criminals, who then Majin Buu defeats them showing great anger. Buu heals them both, but he is still angry, even after the murderer's death, and this causes him to expel black smoke from his orifices which condense into Buu Pure Evil. He fights against his evil side, but it had kept most of his power. During their battle, Pure Evil Buu returns the Chocolate Ray to Buu and turns it into candy; he then eats it and transforms into Super Buu.
