It was a chilly winter evening when I decided to take a walk through the quiet neighborhood. The snow-covered streets were empty and silent, except for the occasional crackle of ice beneath my feet. As I strolled along, I noticed a faint light emanating from one of the houses. Curiosity got the better of me, and I quickened my pace towards the source of the glow.
