Faster calibration tower

This is a generic calibration tower for fast printing with a round pillar and a large base for stability. Print at 0.2, including the first layer, with 3 walls thick and no infill, and 3 bottom layers without a top layer. The calibration tower features 9 sections to print in multiple stages. Between each section, a smaller round pillar is printed with a 0.2mm overhang, making it easy to print with a 0.4 nozzle.
