The mount for the rear wing BBB employs a BFD-90 clamp that frequently experiences failures due to its threaded design. Fortunately, this issue can now be easily resolved through printing. I experimented with three different types of plastic: ABS, HIPS, and SBS. While HIPS proved to be quite fragile, the remaining two options performed normally. To address potential issues, I presented two design alternatives: a rounded and a straight configuration. For my own print, I opted for the rounded option, as it minimizes twisting of the plastic material. Support was utilized during printing to ensure a stable outcome.
