The furniture screed, also known as Rivet, is fabricated using two components. Its cap, which is made from a more resilient material than ABS plastic, deforms and functions as a spring. This specific design is almost impossible to create through traditional manufacturing methods but can be easily produced with the help of a 3D printer. The Rivet is designed for holes with a diameter of 20 mm, although other sizes are possible.
