This fastener design serves as a substitute for Chicago Screws, although it's not as robust, and is suitable for testing purposes. Designed specifically for a Cyborg Beast prototype, each component is printed in two halves, enhancing quality without requiring gluing. Simply slide the halves into place on both sides, and apply a small amount of glue at the core-head meeting point of the sleeved section. The design offers parametric flexibility, allowing for simple size adjustments.
