Quick Relief for Mask Wearers: Designing an Adjustable Strap Add-On for Enhanced Comfort I've identified a pressing issue affecting frontline workers: prolonged mask wearing can cause painful ear discomfort due to prolonged pressure. Fortunately, I've created a simple solution that can be easily produced and distributed using a desktop CNC or laser cutter. This innovative add-on is designed to provide greater comfort while wearing masks. Its 2D design allows for rapid production, making it an affordable option. You can even repurpose old plastic placemats to create dozens of straps at once, reducing waste and costs. I've successfully produced 22 pieces in just 30 minutes.
