Fast producing protective face shields for 3D print. This latest design is optimized to save printing time and stack multiple units, featuring holes spaced 80mm apart - a standard distance found in regular office hole punches. I've also included a base that can be added to the bottom of the acetate film if needed. The design boasts some flexibility, making it comfortable to wear for extended periods. Simply attach elastic rubber on the back to secure the face shield in place. What sets this design apart is its unique hook feature at each corner, which holds the acetate film securely in position. Estimated printing time comes out to 45 minutes without the base and a total of 1 hour and 25 minutes with it included.
