I've created a super-fast printing filament spool holder/roller inspired by the TUSH design. However, when I tried using it on my M3D printer, it didn't fit perfectly on the print bed. Therefore, I designed an alternative that not only fits seamlessly but also takes approximately 40 minutes to manufacture each piece. To assemble this spool roller, you'll need to print four identical components, then test-fit them with bearings. Next, apply heat from a lighter to the stubs until they start melting and push them through the bearings until they meet in the middle. Continue applying pressure for about 30 seconds, and voila! Your spool roller is ready. Just be cautious not to burn yourself during assembly, and I highly recommend placing it on an anti-slip mat to ensure stability.
