Fast MultiPin Connector (HARTING)

Fast MultiPin Connector (HARTING)

Hi, I just created a connector for my other design MOVEO 6axis Robot to bring power and control to this 6axis arm. This is a fast connector based on an industrial standard. It's fully 3D printable, but I recommend cutting the thin plates with carbon fiber (3mm). See Photo painted in red. This connector is designed to be used for three modules of forty pins each. The maximum it could support is one hundred twenty pins. The female pins are from old computer PCI-e cards, specifically from the motherboard to the hard drive or floppy disk drive and CD reader. I don't know the exact name, but you'll need to sand them a little bit and they will fit in place. I recommend securing them with superglue. The male pins are based on a printed circuit board with the pins welded onto it. This connector is designed to work with two cables of sixty pins each. Currently, I plan to use two cables of forty pins each. I'll post all the necessary data this week.
