This test print, measuring 10mm in height, yielded the following results: A bridging test was conducted at intervals of 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 15, and 20 millimeters. An overhang test was performed at angles of 90°, 80°, 70°, 60°, 50°, 45°, 40°, 30°, and 20°. A Z-stepping test was conducted in increments of 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, 0.7, 0.8, 0.9, and 1 millimeter. Holes were created for X-Y alignment and I.D. checks at diameters of 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 15, and 20 millimeters. A tower printability test was performed with tower heights of 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, and 4 millimeters in diameter. A wall printability test was conducted at thicknesses of 0.1, 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, 1, and 1.5 millimeters. A gap test was performed with gaps of 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, 0.7, 0.8, 0.9, and 1 millimeter. Nine detailed towers were printed to assess retraction, over-extrusion, and other performance factors.
