My attempt at creating a 2ft long version of fastmike75's design is progressing, with a focus on manufacturing it without the need for machining or welding. The goal is to create a model that anyone can build in an apartment using basic tools. Although still a work in progress, I plan to post individual parts once testing and tuning are complete.
