Fast filament rewinding
thingiverse
It's quite simple - use a screwdriver :) All you need to print is a couple of cones for fixing firmly the spool on a threaded stud. My model made for **the nut M6 and the corresponding stud**. Also I used a washer ID=8mm fixed in the vise. So my stud has a length 300mm. But it just for convenience. You can rewinding the filament without the vise, just holding the tool in the air. Here is the [video](https://youtu.be/KuPJTqYr29w), how I made the job. I rewinded a few skeins. Rewinding 1kg took about 5 minutes for me. It should by twice slower for a better result. ### Printing disclaimer You must have a well calibrated printer including correct flow setting for the filament which you suppose to use. The printing tolerance - **0.15mm**. If you're not sure or didn't understand what I'm talking about - don't waste the time to make this thing. Or don't blame me after all that _your_ printed parts don't fit together. ### Source [Onshape](https://cad.onshape.com/documents/741b326f39c695549c943cde/w/72930e3fe834d21b182331a0/e/7dca9102c99a7d9def7d2cb1)
