As the name suggests, the Fast FaceShield (FFShield) is designed for rapid printing: completing each headband in just 12 minutes and utilizing a standard 200x200 bed. While the Prusa faceshield is optimized for thicker foils, this one excels with lighter sheets, particularly clear cover sheets measuring 150-300µm and A4 size, which can be purchased in packs of 100. The holes on this face shield align perfectly with standard A4 paper punches. To secure it to the head, simply use a fabric elastic band featuring slotted holes at one end. The headband provides a comfortable fit and conforms nicely to the shape of the head. To print the Fast FaceShield, use a single perimeter setting, a 0.3mm layer height, and a line width of 0.5mm, even if your nozzle is only 0.4mm in size. The recommended material for this project is PETG.
