The Huaxiang Group designed and manufactured a medical safety goggle using additive technology. With extensive experience in medical 3D printing, their experts developed and tested this safety goggle within just 10 days, then rapidly produced thousands of pairs on Farsoon 403P systems. The main frames are made from Farsoon FS3300PA material, providing excellent strength and flexibility; the sealing rings are crafted from Lehvoss TPU material for a secure fit in demanding work conditions; the lens can be bonded with an agent to prevent fogging. The optimized design reduces weight while enhancing comfort for extended periods of wear. Thanks to Huaxiang Group, the goggle's design files are now downloadable and producible worldwide. Available in two sizes for a better fit, the design suits all medical workers. The frames and sealing rings can be printed using Laser Sintering (SLS), Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM), or Stereolithography (SLA) technologies; the protective lens outline is also included for easy production.
