Farska playpen(baby circle) hinge parts

Maybe it's a product only sold in Japan, so I'll write it in Japanese. This is a door hinge part of a baby circle (playpen) released by farska (farska.com), a Japanese manufacturer. The model I received seems to be around 2012. The original parts are prone to breaking at well-known weak points, and when my friend gave me a used one, it was already broken. Be careful because if you attach a half-standing baby with a weight of 7-8 kg on the open door, the hinge part will easily break under the spring tension. The uploaded parts are unstable in the vertical direction, so they may be prone to breaking (by a baby) if not printed with a strong filament like PETG. If printed in this direction, it may also break at yellow lines, but it will be stronger. This warning only applies to printing methods other than layering. Since I made it quickly, the corners are sharp and no fillet is applied. Please round them as much as you can with a file. When connecting the hinges, use the original bolts and springs. Be careful not to tighten the screws too much, or they may come loose on the opposite side and fly out of the part's head. I also tried printing it with PLA, but it didn't have enough strength and broke easily. I haven't tried ABS yet. The "Unnecessary parts" mentioned in the original data is a long thin rod that you can remove before printing to avoid trouble when removing supports. This rod is made of hard PETG filament, so if you print it with normal support, it will be very difficult to remove. If you enter an infill of 100% and make a stick-like part with a hard core, you can easily remove the rod with pliers by removing the supports. You can remove this part before printing if you don't need it. This doesn't happen with PLA, but PETG is very flexible and strong, so I added this to make it easier to remove supports.
