This is an exterior mid-poly model, showcased through 3ds Max 9 with Mental Ray rendering. The package includes all necessary textures and materials along with proxies. In the case of the MAX version, it exclusively features materials (compatible with both MAX 9 and MAX 2009). For other formats, you'll find standard materials but lack MAX-specific ones. Moreover, for architectural visualization purposes, a MAX 2009 MRay proxy model is also included.
