This relief is part of Vystavka Dostizheniy Narodnogo Khozyaystva, a permanent general-purpose trade show and amusement park in Moscow, Russia. It depicts three farmers working in a field of wheat, with the woman on the right holding a classical tool to chop the wheat. There is little contextual information about this piece, suggesting it was used mainly as decoration for the amusement park. The exhibition center was rebuilt during Joseph Stalin's era. The chosen location was Moscow's northern suburb Ostankino. Vyacheslav Oltarzhevsky was the main planner, envisioning a central avenue with fountains and small roads leading to a big square facing the central pavilion. A statue of Vladimir Lenin stood in front of the pavilion. In the central square, there is a large fountain called "The Friendship of People Fountain," created to honor the Soviet Union's people. Nearby stands another fountain, "The Stone Flower Fountain," facing the Ukraine Pavilion. Further along is a small square facing the Space Pavilion, where a Tupolev Tu-154 aircraft stands in the center, placed there in the 1960s after the Agricultural Machinery pavilion became the Cosmos pavilion. A big statue of Joseph Stalin once stood in this square until 1948, previously located on the banks of the Moskva River in the city's center. This area is known as "The Industrial Square." The northern section of the site serves as a common area between the exhibition center and the nearby Russian Academy of Sciences' botanical garden. It features agricultural pavilions, estate pools, vegetation, Michurin's Garden, and the Golden Spike Fountain. All fountains in the central area are covered with gold. Many statues are scattered throughout the site, particularly those of Soviet Union leaders. Additionally, the site includes cinemas, cafe houses, theater pavilions, and a church built after the Soviet Union fell. In the southern section, near the main entrance, is an Amusement Park featuring the Moscow-850 Ferris wheel, constructed in 2004 to commemorate Moscow's 850th anniversary. The restored Soviet Pavilion from Expo 67 in Montreal was also rebuilt as part of these celebrations and now serves as the "Moscow Pavilion." All pavilions and fountains were designed by Soviet architects and artists.
