Farm Playset
thingiverse
This farm playset is designed for toddlers starting at around two years old. Be cautious when gluing all the pieces together so nothing comes loose and gets stuck in those little mouths! The farm can be printed without any supports, and each piece can be printed separately in its corresponding color to avoid painting afterwards. However, I also provide a fully assembled model as an option for printing in a single color. The Fence To print the fence, simply print the assembled fence with supports or without them, depending on your preference. Alternatively, you can print the individual parts separately and then assemble them using the correct pins. Required prints include: 2 x Fence bar 2 x Post of the fence The Tree (Apple Tree) For the apple tree, you have two options: print all the pieces together or separate them out. The apples are always printed separately, however. To attach the trunk to the crown, use one 24mm plug. Required prints include: 1 x Tree Trunk 1 x Tree Crown (with or without apples) 1 x 24mm plug 1 x Set of apples (if you choose to print with apples) A Sheep To assemble the sheep, plug the head and body together using a 12mm plug. The legs fit tightly, so it's best to insert them before attaching the head for easier assembly. Required prints include: 1 x Sheep Body 1 x Sheep Head 2 x Sheep Legs 1 x 12mm Plug A Pig Similarly, to assemble the pig, use a 12mm plug to connect the head and body together. The legs fit snugly as well, so it's best to insert them before attaching the head for better grip. Required prints include: 1 x Pig Body 1 x Pig Head 2 x Pig Legs 1 x 12mm Plug Printer Settings MakerBot Replicator Mini+ Rafts: Yes Supports: No Resolution: 0.20mm Infill: 20% Notes: Supports are not necessary if you print the pieces separately and join them together using the correct pins. All prints, including plugs, have an infill of just 20%. You can adjust the infill level to make your toys stronger!
