This model was designed in Blender 2.79 and textured using Substance Painter in 2018. It features realistic scales and is lightweight for gaming purposes, with UVs separated by materials. The model consists of four sections - HouseLoft, Door, Window, and WindowBT - each with specific triangles, vertices, and materials. The HouseLoft has 12 materials including walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs. The Door has three materials: the door jamb, the door, and the door handle. The Window has two materials: the window jamb and the window glass. The WindowBT also has two materials - the window frame and the window glass.
