This 3D model was initially developed using Sketchup 8, subsequently converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp. The 3dsmax scene is in 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 From around 1970 the structure commands the square of the slope where Sergeant Cabral showcases its uncommon architecture. Built by Ing. Spirandelli Construcciones, it measures approximately 67 meters at peak elevation from ground floor level on two levels and features nineteen floors. The first three floors are specifically designated for garages and storage spaces.
