I reverse engineered my FANTOM Wallet 1st generation. I cross-checked printed components with the real wallet, and everything seemed to fit perfectly or be accurate enough to function properly. The geometry is slightly modified from the original to make the parts suitable for printing. You can use these files for replacement parts, give a new look or print an entirely new wallet. The wallet may feel a bit flimsy if you print the plates in plastic. I suggest cutting them out of another material. I also added DXF's of the front and back plates so you can laser cut these parts. For assembly, you will need M2 hex screws. I got mine from this link: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32838717345.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.27424c4d0SYKmt I recommend drilling out the holes with a 1.5mm drill bit. Please post your makes, and I'd love to see them! Note: The design is optimized to be printed with a 0.4mm nozzle. This ensures that the plates fit properly and align correctly. I recommend using a layer height of 0.1 or 0.2 mm because the model consists of dimensions which are multiples of 0.2.
