I'm sharing my Fantasy Throne design, free for anyone to use or modify as they see fit, since it's released under Public Domain. You can print this model without support at its current scale. While testing the chains, I made them thicker than usual to ensure a smooth FDM printing experience. If you want to seat a minifig in the throne, it would be best to scale up the design slightly.
