Human: Detailed model of a fantasy elemental spirit character named Isato. Created with effective subdivision, animation, and deformation in mind, this model is optimized for dynamic usage. Quad meshes were predominantly used throughout the creation process. Strategic placement of triangles was made where necessary to avoid hindering deformation capabilities. Versions for Lightwave, Maya, Max, C4D, FBX, and Softimage each offer 17 morph targets for advanced facial animation and expression manipulation. These targets can be further combined as needed to produce a wide range of expressions. Modeling and rigging took place in Lightwave before export to Cinema 4D R16 for textures, scene setup, and rendering purposes. Preview images were set up and rendered within Cinema4D R16 utilizing Redshift v2.5.08. A C4D R13 version was also prepared with default shaders and the scan line render engine. Remaining files (Maya, Max, Lightwave, Softimage) included default shaders and respective render engines as well. Each application's setup and compatibility were rigorously tested and labelled appropriately. This character model is a clean mesh, featuring two high-speed flight animations. Included are low polygon .fbx models for use in real-time applications. Key Features Include: Scene setup complete and ready for rendering in Cinema4D R16 using Redshift v2.5.08. Textures and a Photoshop template are provided, as well as an skinned FBX model equipped with simple FK rigging. The setup uses default shaders paired with scanline renderers in various software, previewing subdivision levels from 0 to 3 in Lightwave 9.3, Max 2010, Maya 2012, Softimage 2013, and C4D R13.
