Fansproject Warcry and Flameblast combiner ports for Transformers Energon Bruticus Maximus

I had Fansproject Warcry and Flameblast, both not completely usable with Transformers Energon Bruticus Maximus. Fansproject Munitioner and Explorer have compatible parts, but not this, and you can't get the parts separately, so I designed a more basic Energon-styled combiner hand, shoulder joint, and foot. I didn't go all the way like Fansproject's combiner parts in how they changed the hands and feet entirely, so you have a lot less to print. All parts are designed to print in place and a raft is recommended for dimensional accuracy, to avoid elephant's foot.
