This minimal fan duct for Tevo Tarantula stock hotend is inspired by the one on Prusa i3, designed to be as minimalist as possible while remaining sturdy and providing an unobstructed view of your hotend. Its performance has rivaled or even surpassed that of the popular Fang Fan Duct in my tests. To achieve optimal results, I've carefully measured and designed it to blow minimal air over the heating block, focusing all airflow on the nozzle and directing it downwards slightly. Unlike a traditional duct system, this fan uses an open flow design, which has proven to yield better outcomes in our testing. Please note that due to its proximity to your machine's nozzle end, this design may not work ideally for you. It is recommended to exercise caution when using it with your own setup. A small amount of bridging is required during printing, and the STL file includes easy-to-remove supports for added convenience. However, I have only tested this design with a pre-installed fan in place. The 5015 fan can be installed as a push fit, but its snug fit may require trimming with a scalpel to achieve a secure connection.
