Fanless Mini PCs from the big Chinese sellers can run warm if you have a constant load paired with hot NVME drives.  This fan hat will house a 140mm cooling fan and sit on top of the unit to provide an almost silent cooling solution.  In my particular case, I use a USB fan adapter to plug the fan into the back of the unit.  This design is meant to fit the same case you see in the photo below (v4) and I can't guarantee how it fits with other Mini PCs
