This model was created by modifying http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:128718 with the Customizer at http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=128718. The modifications included selecting hex mesh_kind, specifying a 3mm diameter mount_hole_d and setting fan_side_length to 40. Mesh_offset was set to 68 and density ratio to 98 for more detail. Outer_roundness is at 50, solid_outer_border is turned on, and a mesh_clearance of 1 is specified. Mount_hole_width has been adjusted to 32, with the addition of holes spaced 5mm apart for optimal air circulation within the fan's interior space.
