This is a side cover plate for Fangor F506. I used it to enable me to stick a Google Chromecast to the side of the panel and use the USB and HDMI 3 ports that are designated for a Roku TV stick. This way I can keep the original side plate complete and leave HDMI 1 and 2 Free.
