Fang_V15 Remix for CR-10 to CR-10s Upgrade
thingiverse
As I fell in love with SanderPuhs's Cr-10 Fang design and printed it for my customized CR-10, I had to acknowledge that one small thing wasn't functioning properly. Sander did an excellent job designing the BLTouch mount, but because of its placement, the endstop of the x-axis was no longer accessible. I'm unsure if this issue occurs with all CR-10s or only my upgraded original model, but it wouldn't have worked for me regardless. As a true newbie to 3D printing, I relied on 3D Slash for the first time to optimize its functionality. I hope this customized version will work; I'll print it now using a 1.0 nozzle since perfection isn't necessary for my accessories. You must print it with support material; unfortunately, I failed to successfully print the original V15 design without supports. I also removed one BLTouch screw hole as I don't need it; this mount is stable enough with just a few screws for me. Let's give it a try and see how it turns out.
