Improve the active cooling system of the Argento hotend. http://www.reprap.org/wiki/Argento_Hot_End Replace the original 40mm cooler with a 25mm one and add a duct that confines the airflow. If ABS is your regular printing material, this duct is helpful as it prevents airflow from blowing on the part, reducing delamination and warping chances and allowing for better active cooling control via Gcode (M106-M107). Print layers at 0.2mm or less and in ABS. Use a 25mm cooler. Verify airflow direction according to the reference image. For attachment, use 2 M3x15mm screws. The piece simply attaches to the hotend under pressure. Check at least 4mm between the base of the piece and the heating block.
