I designed a brand new FanDuct for my tarantula because the previous one was extremely challenging to print due to its thin ducts. When printed with PLA, those ducts would soften at 245 degrees Celsius, making them nearly impossible to work with. To overcome this issue, I created a fresh design featuring thicker ducts that get closer to the nozzle without touching any blocks. The new FanDuct also boasts smaller air apertures for increased airflow and a precisely calibrated direction to prevent the nozzle from cooling down. This upgrade should significantly improve print quality, making it more useful than ever before.
