FancyPostLight8
thingiverse
This larger version of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4266646 boasts significantly bigger ribs with more spacious openings, allowing even greater light emission from the top. Printed at a speed of 90 mm/sec and a layer height of 0.200 mm, it took just over 29 1/2 hours to complete. A dual-color design resulted from my miscalculation of blue filament remaining on the spool, prompting an unplanned switch to another color when supplies ran out. This light fixture is specifically designed to accommodate a variety of LED lights known as "puck" lights. These can be powered by either batteries or wall power, with links to reliable wall-powered options available on this blog page: http://birkbinnard.com/blog/wall-powered-led-lights/.
