This is a specially designed mustache that attaches directly to your brass instrument's mouthpiece. The standard file fits perfectly on my trombone, with no need for adjustments or modifications. However, when used on my wife's Tuba, it appears that the mustache requires a scaling factor of 120.68% in order to match its size and proportions. On my cornet, I found that the mustache needs to be scaled down by 83.62% to fit comfortably and look natural. Please note that your mouthpieces may vary slightly from these specifications, so you may need to make some adjustments to get the perfect fit. To give you more flexibility, I've included both the mustache and the clip separately, allowing you to scale just the clip while keeping the same size for the mustache. Thanks to the clever redesign of the original components, which I trimmed and reassembled to create this innovative attachment.
