Fanatec Porsche 911 Turbo S adapter for generic wheels ebay/amazon
thingiverse
**Hi everyone!** This is my very first upload here (and one of the very first model i ever designed so **be kind**) I have this sim racing wheel that i got from a friend but i really wanted to fit a **real wheel** on it **for drifting** so i tried and designed an adapter... **It's a super thight fit** (as much as it actually settled perfectly after a bit of use) If i had to change something in the design probably i would get rid of that odd shape inside the main cilinder cause it snapped on my first revision and i'm pretty sure it will again... Also make the slot for nuts a bit bigger cause i had to heat a bit the plastic to make them fit (even tho it's probably better like this...) I printed at 60% infill gyroid in PETG (cause it was the only material i had available at that time) NOTE about the wheel itself: If you decide on using another wheel with this adapter remember that **you must connect your original wheel circuit board or the wheel will go crazy!** You will also need the original steering wheel to activate the "pc mode" if that's your main device... Wanted to make a small box to fit all the wheel electronics and get rid of the original steering wheel but i will most likely change it soon so i wont even bother...
