Fanatec CSR Galaxy Nexus Holder

Fanatec CSR Galaxy Nexus Holder

I have an older Galaxy Nexus phone and thought it would be cool to repurpose it as a display on my racing wheel while sim racing. I decided to design and 3D print a mount that holds my phone securely at the bottom of my steering wheel. It's working flawlessly, although I might like to make some adjustments to position it higher. Maybe I'll experiment with creating an alternative version that mounts at the top next time. I'm using HUD Dash from the Google Play Store as my go-to software to power the display. It seamlessly integrates with Project Cars, Assetto Corsa, and iRacing simulations, which are my top three racing platforms. **Easy Instructions** Download and print all three STL files I created - I personally used PLA material for my prints. Glue together the printed parts using hot glue or a suitable adhesive (check out the provided pictures for guidance). Carefully attach the bracket to your steering wheel; it might require some finesse, but you'll get it to fit perfectly. Mount your Galaxy Nexus phone in its designated holder within the bracket. Install a suitable HUD app on your Android device and enjoy your augmented racing experience.
