Shaft support can be FDM 3d printed. I'd not FDM print the shaft, too brittle.The shaft in the picture is made out of Formslab Tough 2000 resin (tested, pretty strong).From my tests, it would do the job fine but I will be replacing it with Nylon12 - CFThe CSL dd does not provide enough force for this to be a problem plus the support also reinforces it against twists or bends as long as you are not hanging or swinging on it lol.You will also need to source 1 bearing for the support (IN - 30mm, OD - 42mm)An additional shaft collar clamp will be needed as well, move the stock collar to the front or replace it. The stock one is too big for the shaft support housing and will scrape/bind (I didn't feel like making the housing any bigger but was very possible).USB C adapter will also need to be sourced, the shaft is made for this specific adapter which is ( 25mm x 10mm x 5mm ), you will need 4. I will provide an Amazon link. I will also provide the .f3d file (fusion 360) in the event you need to make changes for whatever reason like not being able to source the adapter anymore.
