I'd like to point out that the STL and DWG files are available for public download, allowing you to modify them using Autocad. This project was sparked by the need to restore a dynamo lighting system on an old bike with limited parts available for the headlights, so I designed and printed the rest. Given that the support for the light (the black headlight) will be different from many others, it's unlikely that this project will meet the needs of others, but I hope it can serve as inspiration or a remake. Good printing! P.S. I'm adding another type of support for another headlight I designed for a different bike [fanale coperchio 2]. Print Settings: Printer: Vertex Rafts: Yes Supports: No Resolution: 0.1 Infill: 0.5 Post-Printing: After printing, clean the pieces from excess material and sand them until they fit together perfectly. While the rectangular and semi-lunar clips don't align with the headlight's holes, trim a disc of plexiglas to use as a windshield for the headlight. Cover the inside of the cone with silver paper or scotch tape. Assemble it like in the photos, inserting the light support into the back hole of the cone and connecting it to the dynamo. Have fun!
