Fan stand (140mm Noctua)

This is a weighted, tabletop stand for noctua 140mm fans. The base is hollow and can be filled with sand. The threads have very generous tolerances. I use the fans with SimHub to simulate wind in driving simulators. This was intended to be a parametric design with generic camera compatible mount points but I got lazy. I decided to at least upload the STL files instead of sitting on the design for another couple months. The airflow straighteners are from: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3843782
