Fan silencer

I can get no fan that won't shake loose tons of vibration when it rotates. It creates a loud noise and adds an annoying "ghosting" artifact on printed surfaces. So I'm trying to break free the fan from the printer head with an anti-vibration support. One design is a simple insert between the fan and support, secured with screws and a little cap as shown at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3036948. The other design is more complex and should work like a damper, completely separating both the fan and support while introducing anti-vibration material. I shouldn't have turned the fan stage 45 degrees and used only two screws as dampers do. But I prefer to keep four screws for my first try. This will add weight from the screws and nuts to the fan, reducing vibrations. Next, I'll use only two screws in order to maintain hole alignment (as dampers do). This design is supposed to be printed with ultra-flexible TPU material (like ninjaflex, shore 85A). I'm guessing this won't require support, but I'm unsure about some particular places in the part. I'll study it and add inner required support for better bridging if needed.
