This device enables users to install a 120mm fan alongside a 120mm sized radiator within three optical bays. It also functions as a compact 5mm shroud. I utilize it to attach a 240mm radiator in the lower six bays of my CM Storm Stryker, leaving the upper three bays unobstructed by the radiator's upper section. The design is adaptable, allowing for adjustments to fan placement and mounting hole positions. It appears that a 140mm fan or rad can be accommodated as well, but only on one side of the mount.
