This is a protective cover for a triple-fan radiator used in water cooling a computer system. A protective cover enhances airflow and eliminates the stagnant area in front of the fan axle. It is designed to fit seamlessly into my old Black Ice Pro radiator, but it should also fit any other 360mm PC water cooling radiator. I printed this in TPU to isolate vibrations from the fan and reduce noise levels, although it can be printed in a solid material as well. Or even in a combination of materials, with the fan side in TPU and the radiator side in PLA/ABS/PETG (I have not tested this, so I cannot guarantee its effectiveness). I am including the source code in OpenScad so that you can adjust the parameters or modify it to suit your needs. In particular, the variable 'h' adjusts the total height of the protective cover. It is currently set at 25mm. It can be printed without supports on any type of printer. I used 15% infill with TPU and it has proven strong enough.
