Integrated hotend fan shroud, dual part cooling fan mounts, and part light (ring LED) mount for E3D v6 hotend will fit under standard Kossel delta end-effector mount and other printers with E3D v6 hotend. Print 2 fan director ducts and 1 each of the LED mount and shroud. Requires separate output (FET) for part cooling, my LED is wired to another FET output, turns on 100% when I put printer in RUN mode. E3D fan turn on with printer power so it's always cooling hotend. Uses hardware: uxcell 80mm 24 SMD LED Car Angle Eye Halo Ring Light, generic 30mm x 30mm x 10mm fans (12V) for part cooling, E3D 30mm x 30mm x 10mm fan, 6-12 3mm shcs bolts x 12mm long to attach fans to mounts, 2 3mm flat-head bolts x 8mm long to attach cooling ducts to LED mount, 2 3mm shcs bolts x 12mm long to attach cooling ducts to hotend shroud. Print Settings: No rafts, no supports, 0.2mm layer height, 20% infill. Printed with PET-G, could use ABS, but I would not suggest PLA due to potential heat on some components. Post-Printing: LED ring mount has hole for wires to stick through, make sure it lines up before pushing down too hard on the LED into the mount. You could add adhesive for better hold. I put hot glue on ring tabs to keep them in place. How I Designed This: Referenced other designs on Thingiverse, but didn't like any totally integrated design so I started from scratch in AutoCAD and sculpted fan shroud based on E3D design, added side mounts, sculpted cooling ducts, and measured out LED mount for firm fit.
