The fan shroud I designed caters to the 80mm fan included in the BFB 3.1 DH printer, enhancing cooling efficiency under both extruders. To achieve this, use Axon2 with these settings: Mat - PLA, Fill - 40%, Fill pattern - hexacon, Raft temp - 222°C, Object temp - 195°C, Layer thickness - 0.5mm, Print config - 1 extruder, and ensure Thin wall is selected. First, open Axon2; next, open the file; then, position the object so that the shroud's top side faces the print bed (use justaboutfits); finally, build in Axon2 using the specified settings.
