So, using E3D (or its clone) V6 and a 40mm fan with PetsFang designs often results in under-cooling due to airflow issues, necessitating occasional cold pulls and all the hassle that comes with it. The most efficient cooling method is pulling air rather than pushing it. A high-quality fan, like my trusty 40x40x20 model, creates a strong air stream across the bed, which can lead to uneven part cooling, especially when printing multiple or large items. To solve this problem, I designed a shroud for my 40mm fan that deflects airflow away from the bed. Problem solved!
