I reworked the design to match my printer's specifications and added some minor enhancements. The changes I made include: Extending the port by 8mm Covering part of the opening to reduce air intake into the heated block Adding a small cutout for the shroud to fit snugly around my bracket Creating a small opening for the fan cable Installing 2mm collars on each side of the heatsink to prevent airflow escape Adjusting the outlet nozzle to direct airflow around the printer nozzle To mount the shroud, watch this short video: https://youtu.be/WwmntHZBbqg As any skilled craftsman would do, I started by loosening the screws. When mounting the shroud, you won't need those white nylon spacers anymore. Update 161218: I've uploaded a mirrored version of the shroud for printers with the extruder motor positioned on the right side of the block.
