Fan replacement Gear

I'm stoked to share my very first design created with Fusion360 - a replacement rotating gear for my bedroom fan that's been driving me nuts with its annoying crack noises at specific points on each full rotation. With zero experience under my belt, I decided to take a shot and see what happens. To be honest, I don't even own a 3D printer, but I'm lucky to have a company in town that offers 3D printing services - talk about perfect timing! It took me three attempts to get it just right, but by the third print, I was able to nail down a "perfect" design.
