FAN PC (Computer Case) Custom Noctua NF-A12x25

A fan to replace the original on the Noctua NF-A12x25 model or all other models that have the same coupling and blade sizes. There is not much to describe except that it produces a consistent pressure at the price of a slightly higher noise than the original, born to be silent, but in any case it is a lower frequency noise that personally is much less annoying (sometimes even pleasant). It is challenging for 3D printers because to keep the weight as low as possible, (despite the dimensions it weighs only 21 grams) I have taken to the limit for a 0.4 nozzle, thicknesses and fills, to have the most optimized weight strength ratio. possible. An Ender3 Pro basic on CURA, with the profile that I specifically customized end the printing in exactly 4 hours (the profile is attached and also the Gcode corresponding to the images)(profile available also here: --https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4939981 )It is not very problematic to achieve, but attention must be paid to adhesion to the printing surface and the realization of the various layers must be kept an eye on, at least up to the point where the external ends of the blades join the central core. It never happened to me, but in that phase, given the small surface on the plate, a detachment could occur and therefore the need to improve adhesion and start over; fortunately, if it does, not much time has been wasted because reunification occurs at a fairly low level.Once it is a single body, you can wait quite calmly for the end of the print. No supports for 0.2mm layers are required, to have an acceptable print (a bit on the edge for slopes, but doable), if you want to experiment with dynamic or fixed thicknesses less, let me know how it goes. Personally I believe that 0.2mm is the best compromise for time and quality necessary for the use it must have.I also put 4 spacers in the files for mounting with the front face facing the wall, to be printed with a standard base profile without any particular precautions. I hope it will be useful to someone else besides me and I hope that if that happens I can find out.For questions, suggestions or anything else, please write to me, even if I don't attend very often, so I apologize in advance for any wait. Greetings to all
